All About Aaron Shupp

Resume

Aaron Shupp is a graphic designer currently residing in Kutztown Pennsylvania, there to complete a Bachelors of Fine Art degree. He is a dean's list student and has focused his entire life around the graphic arts and its various pursuits.

His formal design education started at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where under the strong direction of John Connolly of Ideas on Purpose he took a very deep interest in the magic of typography. Its a major driving element behind every design he sits down to work on. UArt's "old school" teaching also instilled a great appreciation of the Swiss International Style of design as well as a hands-on approach to work. Art does not come from the computer, it is merely completed on one. All of Aaron's work is completely hand rendered before being finished and mastered digitally.

Aaron has already had his hand in many business opportunities and experiences. At the young age of 20 he was already a New Business MR for the Sam's Club East corporation. He was responsible for the business marketing for two clubs, one in Whitehall PA and the other in Mt. Olive NJ. This involved planning in-store events, ensuring the satisfaction of business "members", and most importantly traveling out on the road to meet with potential new
supply customers.

He is currently working as the identity director for a non-profit gallery and art center startup called Eckhaus. It is a community involvement project, granted by the state and its members.

Most impressive, however, is Aaron's freelance design track record. Since 1999 Aaron has worked for more than 70 clients across the United States and even into Canada and the United Kingdom. They range from small corner stores in middle America all the way up to the United States Navy. See what Aaron Shupp is all about by browsing this site.
